Staffing and Contacts
Shalom Daycare staff members are well trained and dedicated to maintaining a loving and nurturing environment for all children. With more than 30 staff members, our ratio of children to caregivers/teachers ranges from 4:1 for infants to 12:1 for 5-year-olds.
Each staff member is certified in CPR, first aid, and universal precautions. Most staff members have been involved in childcare for many years. A number of our staff members have an associate degree in early childhood education, and several are pursuing their bachelor's degree through the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Indiana program.
Shalom Daycare Ministry is liscensed and registered with the state of Indiana.
